Last day of the first stage race with the team for 2015. After being forced out of the Tour of the Gila with a knee injury I was very happy to start the 3rd day without any pain, and with reasonable legs.  To round out the Killington stage race there is a 17km time trial on the Memorial Day Monday. Continue Reading...

The Second stage of Killington was in complete contrast to the first, instead of ripping it at 80kph down a hill to the finish the course finished on up a climb at the ski resort. Before hitting the final climb there where a few other KOMs en route.             Like the first stage we Continue Reading...

UBC Grand Prix – The Suffer Fest

0 Submitted by on Fri, 11 July 2014, 18:09
I was not overly excited for this race to say the least. For those who don’t know, UBC Grand Prix is in the shape of a letter ‘P’ except the ‘square’ part in this case was significantly smaller then the ‘stick’ part. The big feature and truly the hardest part of the course was the 180 degree turn around on Continue Reading...

This means my coach and I will heading back to the drawing board, to figure out were Continue Reading...
